Shop Terms

• We do not offer cash refunds at anytime.
• Orders that are not picked up will not be refunded.
• Orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance to be processed and completed on time for your pickup.
• Any orders placed within 48 hours of pickup are not guaranteed.
• Even though we try our very best this is a nut friendly facility and we cannot guarantee that our decadent baked goods are 100% dairy, gluten, or nut free.

• Your order may be picked up any time at your preferred location during business hours. 
• Please note that your order must be completed and you must be notified before stopping by to pick it up.
• Please let us know if there is a particular time you would like to pick up your order! You can do so in your order notes.
• Please enter all allergy restrictions that we need to keep in mind in your order notes! This is important information!
