    Where are you located?

Our address is 400 Erie street but please note that our storefront is not visible from the road. We can be found tucked away just off of Erie Street and Mercer. The easiest way to find us is to turn north down Mercer. Our gravel parking lot is about 100m down on the right and our shop can be identified by the black brick building and our awning.

Can I walk in and buy a cake, cupcakes, or macarons?

We currently operate as an online bakery with pre-order pick ups only. Everything is made to order which means that we do not carry a daily display case for walk-ins. We do have a variety of treats that you can call ahead to order daily with about an hour or so notice. Check our Available Daily shop here.

How far in advance do I need to place a custom cake order?

We book custom cakes anywhere from 2-6 weeks in advance, depending on the time of year. We recommend ordering your cake as soon as you know the details! Once a weekend is fully booked we are not able to take any more cakes. Large orders should be booked at least 1-2 months in advance to avoid disappointment. Last minute orders may be accommodated if space allows

How do I place a custom cake order?

Please send an email to info@sweetrevengebakeshop.com. It’s important that your inquiry includes the following details: inspiration pictures, how many people you would like to serve, flavours, date, message and your phone number. Providing as much information as possible will allow us to quote you quickly and accurately. Our typical response time is 72 hours. Since we are usually busy baking, we respond to emails outside of business hours. Once an email has been replied to your order will be in cue so long as your order date is available. We do not take custom cake orders over the phone or in person. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order into production.

I just want a simple cake! How far in advance should I order?

We have a variety of original and trendy cakes available in our online shop. We require a minimum of 3 days notice to create the cakes available on our website. On occasion we bake extra cakes and post them for sale on our Facebook or Instagram. Call the shop or check our social media for availability.

When can I pick up my order?

Orders placed through our online shop can be picked up between 11am-3pm Tuesday-Saturday. We are closed Sundays & Mondays. If you’ve placed a custom order a time will be confirmed within your email correspondence. If you would like to change your pick up time, please call the shop during business hours and we will do our best to accommodate time changes.

Can someone else pick up my order for me?

Of course! You may send someone else to pick up your order, but please make sure they know the correct name the order was made under or the order # that was received in your confirmation email.

    Do you deliver?

We charge for local delivery to Windsor, LaSalle, Tecumseh, Essex, Amherstburg, Harrow, Kingsville, and Belle River. We do not deliver to Leamington at this time.

I ordered dessert for delivery through the online shop, when will it be delivered?

All online shop orders leave for delivery at 11am every Wednesday and Saturday. The routes depend on the volume of deliveries and driver routes. Typically orders within Windsor city limits are delivered first and county deliveries are last.  Although we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time, deliveries are usually completed by 4pm. If you have not received your order please contact us at info@sweetrevengebakeshop.com.

How do I take care of my treats before the party?

Cakes should be stored in the fridge and removed 1 hour prior to serving. Our buttercream is made with real butter and is best served at room temperature for soft cake. If cupcakes are being eaten the same day they can be left out. If they are being eaten more than one day after pick up/delivery, please store in the fridge. If macarons are being eaten longer than a couple days after pick up/delivery, please wrap the box and store in the freezer. They can be taken out an hour before you serve them.

I sent an email. Why hasn't anyone responded?

If it’s been less than 72h since you have sent your email, please be patient. We do our best to get back to you within this time frame. On occasion emails can get stuck in junk mail so please double check your email folders. Please also keep in mind that Thursdays-Saturdays are our busiest days and it may take a little longer for a response. If you require immediate assistance, you can call the shop and we’ll be happy to help.
