Our Mango Passionfruit cake, is made with our light fluffy vanilla cake. Filled with a thin layer of vanilla swiss meringue buttercream and freshly made mango passionfruit puree, with small pieces of diced mango and passionfruit seeds.

Our cakes are made with real butter! Allow cake and buttercream to come to room temperature for softest cake. Cakes are best kept in the fridge and eaten within 3 days to 1 week. Keep open slice of cake covered for the freshest cake.
